AP SSC Exams 2026 Commence in Andhra Pradesh
The AP SSC Class 10 public examinations for 2026 commenced on March 16, 2026, under the supervision of the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP). These examinations are a crucial milestone for students in the state, with more than 6.4 lakh students participating.
The exams are scheduled to continue until April 1, 2026, taking place at 3,415 examination centres across Andhra Pradesh. Each exam is conducted in a single shift, starting at 9:30 AM and concluding at 12:45 PM. Students are required to report to their respective examination centres at least one hour prior to the start of the exam.
To ensure a smooth examination process, students must carry their hall tickets, which contain essential information such as their name, roll number, exam centre details, and subject schedule. Entry to the examination hall will not be permitted without a hall ticket.
On the first day of the examinations, the First Language exam was conducted. Students are reminded that prohibited items, including mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and any unauthorized written material, are not allowed in the examination hall.
To maintain the integrity of the examinations, the BSEAP has implemented CCTV surveillance and flying inspection squads at various centres. These measures aim to ensure fairness and prevent any malpractices during the exams.
As the examinations progress, officials expect a smooth conduct of the remaining papers, with strict adherence to the guidelines set forth by the BSEAP. Observers are optimistic about the overall management of the examinations, given the extensive preparations made prior to the commencement.
In summary, the AP SSC exams are a significant event for students in Andhra Pradesh, marking an important step in their academic journey. The BSEAP’s efforts to ensure a fair and organized examination process are commendable, and stakeholders are hopeful for a successful completion of the exams.
