After our first match, we improved. Following the second, we continued to enhance our performance. These are the aspects I reflect on when I assess my team; we are evolving, and as a captain, I couldn’t have asked for more, nor could I be prouder of the boys. As a leader, I take immense pride in this group because I genuinely believe we improved with each game. When we return to the ICC event next time, I hope we will be even stronger. For me, the culture we’ve established in the team is crucial; whether we are present or not, this team should operate smoothly.
