Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Update
The Guerrilla 450 debuted in 2024 and has since garnered attention for its unique design and performance. Royal Enfield has now teased the launch of an updated version of this model, scheduled for March 27, 2026. This marks the first major update for the Guerrilla 450 since its introduction.
The upcoming update is expected to enhance the bike’s performance and comfort. Notably, the Guerrilla 450 will continue to be powered by a 452cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, producing 40hp and 40Nm of torque. The current price range for the Guerrilla 450 is between Rs 2.56 lakh and Rs 2.72 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Among the anticipated changes are grippier, road-biased tyres, which will replace the existing dual-purpose rubber. The teaser suggests an upgrade to more road-focused tyres, indicating a shift in the bike’s intended use.
Additionally, a softer rear suspension setup is expected to improve ride quality, making the bike more comfortable for daily use. Observers are also speculating that the updated version may introduce features such as traction control and cruise control.
Royal Enfield may also introduce new colour options and possibly a new variant as part of this update. The bike is expected to maintain its existing hardware setup, including 43 mm telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock, while continuing to ride on 17-inch wheels.
As the launch date approaches, there is anticipation regarding the potential for a slight price increase due to the added features. “If you’ve got the GRRR, you’ve got the grip,” a statement from the company suggests confidence in the improvements being made.
Details remain unconfirmed, but the motorcycle community is eagerly awaiting the official announcement and further specifications from Royal Enfield.
