Suzuki Burgman Street New: Updated for 2026
Suzuki has updated its Burgman Street scooter for 2026, introducing new variants that offer enhanced features such as a TFT display and keyless ignition. The updated model is priced between ₹1,01,944 and ₹1,13,220 (ex-showroom Delhi).
In addition to the new technological features, the Burgman Street includes practical improvements like increased underseat storage and a repositioned fuel filler. These changes aim to enhance the overall user experience for riders.
The scooter now utilizes a revised platform that provides better rigidity, contributing to improved handling and stability. However, the engine specifications remain unchanged from previous models.
The Burgman Street is a significant model for Suzuki, contributing about 25 percent of the company’s business. Monthly sales figures for the scooter range between 23,000 and 24,000 units, indicating its popularity in the market.
The scooter market has been improving step by step over the past few years, driven by urbanization, infrastructure upgrades, rising participation of women riders, and easier access to finance. This trend has likely influenced Suzuki’s decision to enhance the Burgman Street.
As the 2026 model year approaches, observers are keen to see how these updates will impact sales and customer satisfaction. Details remain unconfirmed regarding any further enhancements or additional variants that may be introduced in the future.
