Today’s Weather: Significant Temperature Shift Across the U.S.

A significant temperature shift is expected across the U.S. on May 2, 2026, as warmer conditions emerge following a cooler spell. Much of the country will experience a transition to a quieter spring weather pattern.

Meanwhile, Cyprus will also experience significant temperature fluctuations. High temperatures inland are predicted to hit around 27 degrees Celsius, while lows may drop to about 11 degrees Celsius.

Strong winds are anticipated in Cyprus, along with possible snow and sleet in the Troodos mountains. Localized rain and isolated storms are expected there as well.
