The numbers

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited, located in Faridabad, has announced a remarkable revenue growth of 46% in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, reaching ₹3,205 million, compared to ₹2,192 million in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. This growth is attributed to the expansion of its facilities, particularly the new establishments in New Delhi and Faridabad, which collectively contributed ₹279 million, accounting for 9% of the Group’s total revenues.

In addition to the revenue increase, the hospital reported a profit after tax of ₹431 million in Q3FY26, marking a 41% rise from ₹305 million in Q3FY25. This financial performance underscores the hospital’s strategic growth initiatives and its ability to enhance service delivery in the region.

However, the positive developments in healthcare are overshadowed by recent troubling incidents in Faridabad. On a tragic note, Mayank Bhadana, a 24-year-old property dealer, lost his life in a car accident while attempting to avoid a stray animal on Pali-Surajkund road. His vehicle collided with a dumper truck, highlighting ongoing concerns about road safety in the area.

In a separate incident, two armed men opened fire outside a liquor shop, targeting a property dealer’s office in Faridabad. They left behind extortion slips demanding a 10% share from the liquor business, threatening serious consequences if their demands were not met. The attackers specifically demanded ₹50 lakh from property dealer Vinod Bhati, raising alarms about the rising trend of extortion in the region.

These incidents have sparked discussions among local residents and authorities about safety and security measures in Faridabad. The community is increasingly concerned about the implications of such violence and the potential impact on local businesses and residents’ well-being.

Yatharth Hospital’s expansion and financial success stand in stark contrast to the challenges facing the Faridabad community. As the hospital continues to grow, it remains essential for local authorities to address the safety issues that threaten the quality of life for residents.

As observers monitor the situation, there is a pressing need for effective measures to combat crime and enhance safety in Faridabad. The community hopes for swift action to ensure that the region can enjoy the benefits of economic growth without compromising security. Details remain unconfirmed regarding further developments in the ongoing investigations into the recent violent incidents.
