Neet exam timing

The NEET UG 2026 exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on May 3, 2026. The exam will take place from 2 PM to 5 PM in India and will follow strict guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.

Approximately 23 lakh candidates have registered for the exam. Candidates must report to their respective exam centres by 1:30 PM. For those in Dubai and Sharjah, the exam timing is from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, while candidates in Riyadh will take the test from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Candidates arriving after 12 noon in Dubai and Sharjah or after 11 AM in Riyadh will not be allowed entry. They must carry their NEET UG 2026 admit card, a valid photo ID, and passport-size photographs.

The question paper will consist of 180 questions, totaling 720 marks. Candidates must adhere to a strict dress code and avoid prohibited items, such as electronic gadgets.

To confirm identities, biometric verification will be conducted at all exam centres. NTA has dismissed rumors of paper leaks and emphasized the integrity of the examination process.

NEET is the only entrance exam for MBBS, BDS, and other medical courses in India. Observers expect a smooth conduct of the examination under these stringent measures.
