Sanju Samson was pivotal in India’s success, scoring 89 runs off 46 balls, including five fours and eight sixes. His partnership with Abhishek Sharma, who contributed 52 runs off just 21 balls, marked the first opening duo to achieve a 50+ stand in a T20 World Cup final.
