RTE 2026 Lottery Results Released

The Rajasthan Education Department has announced the RTE admission lottery result for 2026, impacting over 6.3 lakh applicants. The results were released on March 12, 2026, marking a significant milestone for families seeking free education under the Right to Education (RTE) Act.

Selected students are required to complete document verification and report to their allotted schools between March 13 and March 21, 2026. This verification process is crucial, as getting selected in the lottery does not guarantee automatic admission.

The application window for RTE Admission was open from February 20 to March 4, 2026, during which parents could submit applications for their children. The lottery system is employed to determine which children secure free seats in private schools, ensuring a fair selection process.

Parents had the option to select up to five schools within their catchment area based on their preferences. The required documents for verification include an income certificate, domicile certificate, caste certificate, birth certificate, and a BPL card if applicable. Notably, the income limit for the income certificate is set at ₹2.5 lakh.

The total number of applications received for the RTE Rajasthan Lottery reached 6.34 lakh, reflecting the high demand for free education opportunities in the state. The lottery results play a critical role in determining access to education for many families.

As the reporting period for selected students approaches, parents are encouraged to check the results on the official RTE Rajasthan website at rajpsp.nic.in. This platform will provide necessary updates and further instructions for the verification process.

While the lottery results have been announced, details regarding the subsequent steps and any potential issues remain unconfirmed. Observers are keenly watching how the verification process unfolds and its impact on the students and families involved.
