The lawsuit against JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini highlights serious allegations of sexual abuse and racial harassment. The case was filed by Chirayu Rana in New York on April 30, 2026. Rana claims that Hajdini used her position to coerce him into sexual encounters.

The alleged misconduct began in spring 2024, shortly after Rana joined JPMorgan as a senior vice president. He asserts that Hajdini made sexual advances and threatened his career advancement if he did not comply. Rana alleges that she drugged him with Rohypnol and Viagra prior to these encounters.

Hajdini, aged 37, remains employed at JPMorgan Chase despite the allegations. The company has denied all claims, stating that an internal investigation found no evidence supporting Rana’s accusations.

The lawsuit seeks damages for emotional distress, lost earnings, and punitive compensation. Two witnesses are cited in the complaint as corroborating parts of Rana’s account.

Rana, now 35, has been diagnosed with PTSD as a result of the alleged abuse. He submitted a written complaint to JPMorgan in 2025, but claims no action was taken.

Rana’s allegations include quotes attributed to Hajdini, such as: “If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I f**king own you.” Another quote reportedly includes: “Stop f**king crying. You think anyone would ever believe you?” These statements underline the severity of the accusations.

The outcome of this lawsuit is currently unknown. The validity of the allegations against Hajdini remains disputed within corporate circles.
